We cannot guarantee holiday delivery for furniture and other large items delivered by truck.

Shipping Types

Our products are delivered in the following ways:

  • Front Door Parcel Delivery (e.g., Purolator or Canada Post) to your delivery address
  • Truck Delivery for most furniture and other items that exceed parcel carrier shipping weight limits; usually includes our Premium White Glove service and Unlimited Items for a Flat Rate fee

Standard parcel items ship from our warehouse and arrive within 10 - 15 business days for metro areas or 12 - 18 business days for non-metro areas of receiving your order.

If there is a delay, we will notify you by email. Some items sent directly from our suppliers may take longer, and items ordered together may not arrive in the same box. If your package cannot be delivered, you will receive a notice from the carrier with pick-up instructions or re-delivery options.

Unlimited Flat Rate - Furniture & Freight Delivery

Unlimited Flat Rate Shipping - Furniture & Freight Delivery

With Unlimited Flat Rate Shipping, an unlimited number of eligible furniture and select non-furniture items can be delivered for a single flat rate, per shipping address. Your order will ship when all items in your order are available for delivery.

Truck Delivery usually includes our premium White Glove Service - items are delivered to your home by appointment to your room of choice — and are then unpacked and fully assembled.

Flat Rate items that do not include White Glove Service are select lighting, oversized mirrors, rugs and headboards that need to be attached to a bed frame.

Fees: Flat Rate fees and/or parcel carrier delivery and processing charges are shown under Shipping Rates, and will be applied in the Checkout Payment + Review page. 

*Note: Standard shipping and processing charges are applied for each delivery address on an order. 

Gift Cards

Gift cards have slightly different rates and time frames from other products:

  • Free shipping by Canada Post with standard delivery (10-15 business days).

Our shipping and processing fees cover the processing, handling, packing and delivery of your order. Delivery fees do not include gift wrap or surcharges that may apply to some items.

  • Truck Delivery charge is a flat rate based on 3 destination zones:  metro, regional, and national. 
  • The exact shipping charge is based on your shipping location. Shipping times vary. See shipping tab for more details. Your order will ship when all items in your order are available for delivery.

Eligible items will show "Flat Rate Delivery" on the product page.

Please note: Smaller items (bedding, pillows, decorative accessories, baskets, etc.), do not qualify for flat rate shipping and will be delivered via Purolator or Canada Post and subject to separate delivery + processing charges.

DELIVERY TIMING

Speed of delivery depends on type of product, product availability, and proximity to metropolitan areas. Backordered items will ship once back in stock, at no extra charge.

Arranging Delivery

A representative will call to arrange a delivery date and confirm an appointment timeframe. Please allow up to 12–15 days from the date of order (for in–stock items) to receive this call. Typically, the delivery date offered will be within 5 days of your call for metro deliveries and up to 14 days rural areas.

In-home delivery and assembly service is not available to all postcodes. Service to outlying areas may be restricted based on geographic location. Please call 1-855-860-1082 for more information.

Assembled exceptions include outdoor patio structures, marble or stone sink consoles, lighting, mirrors & wall art, rugs, headboards attached to a metal frame and any items requiring home installation. We are also unable to rearrange furniture.

DELIVERY TIMING

Customer is quoted delivery timing at checkout based on store order volume and transit time from the distribution center to the store.

ARRANGING DELIVERY

Email notification will be sent when an order is ready for pickup. Please contact the store to arrange a pickup time once your item has arrived. All orders should be picked up within 7 days of arrival.

Delivery Surcharges

Items that are bulky, heavy, or of limited availability may have a delivery surcharge in addition to standard delivery and processing charges. This charge is shown on the product page by the item price and is in addition to regular delivery and processing charges.

What happens if the item I ordered is backordered?

In some cases, shipping may be postponed due to a lack of product availability. Items that are on backorder will be shipped when they are received in stock. In the event of any delay, we will notify you by email.

Can I ship to a P.O. Box?

Please provide a street address for delivery — we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.

Can I ship to Quebec?

We are unable to deliver to Quebec.

Can I ship items to multiple addresses?

When you checkout, you will be given the option on the shipping page to "Ship to multiple addresses."

Can I ship international?

Delivery is only available within Canada. Only customers with a Canadian billing address can purchase from this website.
