True to its name, the Haven Leather Loft Sofa is one you'll want to spend lots of time in. Its deep, comfy seat and low, padded arms, along with smooth leather upholstery, give this sofa an incredible sink-right-in quality. This lofted version stands on shapely wooden legs.

  • Leather is a natural product. Variation in colour and texture are inherent to each hide; no two pieces are exactly alike.
  • Please note, vegan leather options do not have seams.
  • High-gauge sinuous springs provide cushion support.
  • Seat cushions have down alternative-wrapped, high-resiliency polyurethane foam cores.
  • Seat firmness: Soft. On a scale from 1 to 5 (5 being firmest), we rate it a 2.
  • Back cushions are filled with a down alternative and poly fibre blend.
  • Loose, non-reversible cushions with zip-off covers.
  • Legs feature adjustable levelers to adapt to varying floor levels.

CARE

To minimize drying and cracking, do not place in direct sunlight or near a heat source. Dust and vacuum regularly. Rub out minor scratches lightly with a finger. For oil-based spots and spills, wipe up any excess with a clean, dry cloth. Do not apply water. Rather leave the spot alone. In most cases the spot should dissipate into the leather after a period of time. For permanent stains or thorough cleanings, we recommend contacting a leather specialist. Our Flat Rate Delivery fees are based on where you live, not how much you buy. With Unlimited Flat Rate Delivery, an unlimited number of eligible furniture and select oversized items can be delivered for a single flat rate.

All of our Flat Rate items include our premium White Glove Service—at no extra charge—for oversized furniture and select fragile items. With White Glove, your order is brought into your home by a skilled delivery team on a pre-scheduled date, unpacked in the room of your choice and fully assembled, but not installed*. All packaging materials are removed upon completion.

Doorstep Delivery service is available for select items at a lower flat rate. With Doorstep Delivery, you are responsible for bringing the item into your home. Assembly and packaging disposal is not included with Doorstep Delivery.

PICK UP IN STORE

Select items are eligible for pick up at your local store. In-stock items can be picked up 2 hours after your order is placed at no additional cost.

Eligible non-stocked items can be Shipped to Store for a reduced flat-rate shipping fee, starting as low as $19.99 (on orders up to $399). Please refer to the item dimensions to ensure the product will fit in your vehicle.

EASY RETURNS

At West Elm, we take great pride in the quality of our merchandise. With valid proof of purchase, most items are eligible for return within 30 days of purchase or delivery for a refund of the merchandise value. Items that aren’t eligible for return are:
