Overview

Our TENCEL™ Lyocell bedding has a cult following for good reason – its silky, luxe feel comes from botanical fibres that wick away moisture to keep you cool and comfy all night long. Sustainable by nature, it's produced from hardwood forests using a closed-loop process that recycles 99% of water and materials. For this Matelasse Duvet Cover, we combined TENCEL™ with soft cotton to create a textural matelassé weave for added strength and a hint of shine.

FRONT DOOR DELIVERY

With Front Door Delivery, your item ships from our Distribution Center by UPS and arrives to your home within 4-5 business days of order receipt.

PICK UP IN STORE

Select items are eligible for pick up at your local store. In-stock items can be picked up 2 hours after your order is placed at no additional cost. Eligible non-stocked items can be Shipped to Store for a reduced flat-rate shipping fee, starting as low as $19.99 (on orders up to $399). UPS STANDARD DELIVERY + PROCESSING CHARGES

Add $8.50 for each gift wrap. For next day delivery, add $26.00 per address. Items shipped directly from the manufacturer and oversized items are not eligible for next day delivery.

NEXT DAY DELIVERY + PROCESSING

For an extra charge of $26.00 per address, within the contiguous 48 states, we can arrange for next day delivery to most destinations. If we receive your order by 6pm PT Monday through Friday, you'll receive your order the next business day; orders placed on Friday after 6pm PT through Sunday will arrive on Tuesday. Note: Next day delivery service is not available for out-of-stock items, personalized items or for items shipped directly from the vendor.

EASY RETURNS

At West Elm, we take great pride in the quality of our merchandise. With valid proof of purchase, most items are eligible for return within 30 days of purchase or delivery for a refund of the merchandise value. Items that aren’t eligible for return are:
